The welterweight fight could see the 170lb former interim titleholder Colby Covington take the belt from champion Kamaru Usman. Usman enters with a 10-0 record and 14 consecutive victories overall. Covington has seven consecutive wins with names like Rafael Dos Anjos and Robbie Lawler bested.
The last time three title fights happened on one card was back in 2017 when all three belts were exchanged during the night's fights. So there's huge potential for an exciting night this time, too.
Also defending his title on the card, after a five year run of success, is featherweight Max Holloway who is set for a challenge from in-form Alexander Volkanovski. How to watch UFC online in the US exclusively on ESPN+
ESPN+ has the live broadcast rights to show UFC 245 as well as all upcoming UFC Fight Nights. ESPN+ has already made a name for itself by hosting big-ticket tennis, soccer and boxing events.

Live stream UFC 245 in the UK
BT Sport has the exclusive broadcast rights to UFC in the UK and Ireland. However, the good news for subscribers is that unlike past UFC events, the card won’t be PPV, with all the action being shown at no extra cost on BT Sport 1.

On Wednesday, the six fighters participating in the three title fights at the top of Saturday’s UFC 245 pay-per-view event take part in what the UFC is calling the “UFC 245 Athlete Panel.” UFC analyst Megan Olivi hosts the event.

In the co-main event, featherweight kingpin Max Holloway faces the 20-1 Alexander Volkanovski. Before those two bouts, two-division women’s champion Amanda Nunes matches up against ex women's featherweight champ Germaine de Randamie in a bantamweight scrap.
Usman’s matchup against Covington is his first scheduled defense of the belt.
Holloway has defended the 145-pound belt on three occasions ahead of his scrap with Volkanovski.
Nunes looks for her fifth women’s bantamweight defense on Saturday when she matches up against De Randamie.

The champions will likely be the focus of fight week, but that doesn’t mean the challengers should receive short shrift heading into Saturday’s UFC 245 PPV card, which streams on ESPN+.
Covington has been waiting for an opportunity for a title fight for a long while. He won the interim strap in June 2018 but was subsequently stripped of that belt when he could not face then-champion Tyron Woodley due to surgery. Covington vowed he would not fight until he got a shot at UFC gold. Still, when the UFC more or less told him he had to fight Robbie Lawler, according to Covington’s manager, he answered the call and defeated Lawler in the five-round main event of UFC on ESPN 5 in August of this year.
Covington is currently the No. 2 ranked fighter in the official UFC welterweight rankings. He is on a seven-fight winning streak and hasn’t lost since Warlley Alves submitted him in December 2015. The odds currently have Usman as a -185 favorite over Covington, who is a +150 underdog.
Volkanovski joined the UFC in November 2016. Since then, he has gone 7-0 with the promotion. Currently the No. 1 ranked fighter in the official UFC featherweight rankings, Volkanovski is coming off a decision win over ex-featherweight champion Jose Aldo. Before that, Volkanovski defeated ex-title challenger Chad Mendes by TKO. Volkanovski’s sole loss came in 2013. The ex-rugby player has an overall winning streak of 17 consecutive bouts. The odds in this matchup favor Holloway, who is currently a -175 favorite over Volkanovski, who is a +150 underdog.
